Westley Emanuel Stewart, born and raised in KansasCity Missouri 1987. Mothers name is Kelly Stewart and his deceased Fathers name is Jerry Owens. Although Loyal knew who he was, his father was never around or did anything for him growing up. Loyal resented him for that. The oldest out of 4 children. With a tough upbringing he spent a few years growing up in the projects of Atlanta Ga, and when his mother decided to take him back to KansasCity he spent a few years living in shelters for about 4 to 5 years… Loyal was also born deaf in both ears, from the age of 1 to about 5 years old when his mother finally put him through surgery, loyal's mother thought he would speak that way for the rest of his life until the doctors contacted his mother and gave her hope that there was a chance he would be normal. After his surgery he automatically began speaking and hearing clearly, in fact by the time he was 7 years old he was addicted to music, and started writing music by the time he was 8 years old, Loyal hasn't stop writing music since. Now he is an aspiring rap artist, and songwriter. Signed twice to celebrity management, Loyal has written r&b music, rock music, & even pop music. He also had the opportunity to work on Dr.Dre Detox album that was leaked and never released produced by The Real Dj Silk, eventually became a song writer for celebrity producer @excelbeats
