With over two decades of distinguished service in the U.S. Army and the U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps, Annette brings a wealth of leadership experience. Her federal contributions span the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the U.S. Department of Agriculture, the Food and Drug Administration, and the Department of Defense.
Her academic background includes degrees in Management, Sports Medicine, and Public Health, as well as a Project Management Certificate from Duke University. Among her many accolades are the Joint Service Achievement Medal, a Presidential Medal awarded by President Barack Obama, and recognition from the Administration for Children and Families. She is also honored as a Marquis Who's Who listee and a Pinnacle Professional Member of the Continental Who’s Who Registry.
Beyond her own ventures, Annette is a dedicated supporter of veteran and creative communities. She has facilitated interviews for veteran entrepreneurs and their families through Veterans Growing America, and contributed to fan engagement and outreach as a publicist for Black Lion and Cubs supporting the anime —helping shape the company’s vision and expand its cultural impact.
